  We made some red and yellow sunflowers today. I really enjoyed cutting the confetti that came with making petals and I enjoyed choosing my colours as we made our circular rows of petals KB

  Today we started our musical journey around the world and looked at cool New Zealand songs. We started with songs sung in The Reo Maori like Poi E and then moved to some classics with Dave Dobin and Bic Runga before finishing with some more modern 660. It was great getting to use the poi as well KB

 Today we made a Maunganui candle with a shell from the beach, a pearl and pāua shell.  AN 

  I enjoyed the water colour painting. I could see the paint run down the wet paper. We then put the fish we coloured in last week on to the page. It was lots of fun KB

 Had a nice relaxing afternoon in girls group, choose a pretty purple for my nails, got my hair braided and listened to some Taylor swift . -MN 

  Had a good pamper session , I picked a nice coral nail polish and got my hair done. So relaxing.-MN
